We invite you to embark on a transformative journey of wellness and rejuvenation at our "Elevate and Nourish" event, taking place on Thursday, September 28th, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Set against the backdrop of the ocean and the blossoming season, this unique evening promises a holistic experience that uplifts both body, mind and spirit. Join us for a 45-minute bodywork session (fusion of restorative Yin Yoga poses as well as Strengthening Core exercises), followed by a restorative 45-minute breathwork and meditation session, culminating in a serene resting pose (savasana). Following the Body/Breathwork and Meditation, we'll gather on the deck overlooking the ocean and break bread together. Sharing wholesome meals, we'll feel a sense of togetherness, mirroring the spirit of spring. The waves will accompany our conversations, as we connect on a deeper level, forming lasting bonds that reach beyond this event.
