From the moment you arrive, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to invite you into a slower pace of living. Together we'll gather for a traditional-inspired tea ceremony before moving through a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice, where long-held postures encourage the body to soften, the breath to deepen and the mind to become still.
As your practice comes to a close, you'll settle into a guided Savasana while receiving a soothing facial Gua Sha ritual as crystal singing bowls and breathwork gently guide you into complete relaxation.
