What experience level do I need to join the studio's classes?

Our classes are designed to cater to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructor provides modifications and variations to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

 

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

​

We provide all necessary equipment for our classes, including mats, props, and any specialised apparatus required for Pilates. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

How often should I attend classes to see results?

Consistency is key! To experience noticeable results, we recommend attending classes at least 2-3 times a week. 

 

 

What should I wear to classes?

​

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Avoid overly baggy attire, as it may hinder your ability to perform certain poses or exercises. Barefoot or grip socks are usually recommended.

Can I join if I have specific health concerns or injuries?​

 

Absolutely. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate various health conditions or injuries. However, it's always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
